Marin to host Conductors Open House at Peabody Conservatory

On Monday, November 19, Marin will be hosting an Open Studio at the Peabody Conservatory for all prospective students interested in their Graduate Conducting Program.

Students may register to participate in this first time event by filling out an RSVP form. There is limited space available.

The day’s events will be as follows:

9:30 – 10:00 Coffee – Meet and Greet

10:00 – 12:00 Observe Peabody Conservatory conducting class with Marin

12:00 – 12:30 Q&A Session with Marin and current students

12:30 – 1:15 Catered lunch

1:15 – 1:30 Break

1:30 – 3:30 Conducting and coaching opportunity for participants*

3:30 – 4:15 Campus tour

4:15 – End

*Participants will be coached by Marin in Brahms’ Symphony No. 1 and Debussy’s L’Apres Midi with the Peabody Conservatory String Quintet and Piano Guest Artist Michael Sheppard.
